The New York Times earlier reported on the SEC\u2019s subpoenas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read More:\u00a0The 24-Hour Race to Salvage Situational Awareness\u2019 AI Bets<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A spokesperson for the SEC declined to comment. An SEC inquiry doesn\u2019t mean that a firm or individual is the focus of an investigation and a probe by the regulator can end without an enforcement action.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fund began liquidating some of its equity positions as it faced a barrage of margin calls during last month\u2019s AI stock rout.
