Chey\u2019s conglomerate controls the South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chey\u2019s visit coincides with a trip by South Korean President Lee Jae Myung to Silicon Valley, where he convened an AI summit.
