Thorntons managing partner Lesley Larg has been named the recipient of the Business Leadership Award at the Scottish Legal Awards 2026.
Ms Larg will be presented with the prestigious award on 17 September at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central, as Scotland’s legal profession comes together for one of the biggest nights in the industry calendar.
Since taking up the top role at Thorntons in 2021, Ms Larg has led the firm through a period of significant growth and transformation, delivering record financial performance, strategic mergers and sustained organic growth.
Alongside her commercial leadership, she has championed an inclusive and supportive workplace culture, the progression of women within the legal profession and the development of talent across the firm.
