

Scottish cloud computing firm Iomart Group has appointed former bank executive Matthew Waymark as chief financial officer and director, filling one of two key vacancies at the company.
Mr Waymark held roles at NatWest, including finance director of the commercial & institutional division, and most recently as CFO of a start-up bank.
He trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte and has held directorships at NatWest Pension Trustee and Coutts & Company. He does not currently hold any shares in AIM-quoted Iomart which is also seeking a full-time chief executive.
He replaces Scott Cunningham who left the Glasgow-based company at the end of June and takes up his role on 14 September.

In its annual results in june it posted adjusted loss before tax of £4m compared to a profit of £6.5m in the previous year.
