Prime Property Auctions has moved to a larger headquarters in Glasgow in response to rapid growth since the turn of the year.
Previously based at West Regent Street in the city centre, the company has outgrown its home of two years and relocated to a modern facility at Academy Park Business Park, Gower Street, on the south side
Five hires over the past few months take the staff to 23 and saw directors John Morris and Luis Guarin begin the search for a new base.
At 4500 sq ft, the firm’s new base is double the size of the previous office and can accommodate further recruitment.
Prime, which has been dealing in land as well as residential and commercial units across the UK since launching in 2022, has been selling an average of 35 properties per month this year.
“It’s great to see the continued growth and we want to keep that going,” said Mr Morris.
